Maple websites come with a super helpful tool called WPForms – which allows you to create and manage forms:

Forms are a way of collecting information, payments, files, etc... on your website. So yeah, very useful!

Here are some examples of what WPForms is used for;

  • Registration forms (for classes, events, etc..)
  • Contact forms (for inquiries)
  • Surveys with details reports, charts, etc...
  • Content Gathering Forms (community events, post submissions)
  • Questionnaires (before booking an appointment)
  • Payment forms...

WP Forms even allows you to accept payments, offer conditional choices (like a decision tree), and the forms can even add people magically to your email newsletter or database.

It's perfect for educators, coaches, consultants, the type of clients we work with :)

In fact, I love this tool so much that I provide it for every client who is enrolled in a Maple Care plan.

The WPForms knowledge base is a treasure trove for examples, as well as learning how to make your forms work best for you. https://wpforms.com/docs/

You can find all your WPForms settings in the dashboard menu on your website under "WPForms". If you do not have WPForms installed on your website yet, just submit a ticket and we'll get it set up and licensed for you right away so you can start creating forms.

Care plan clients have unlimited access to WPForms ($299 /year value) with any care plan.
