No Surprises Policy

We know how stressful it can feel to have someone running an hourly rate when you don't know how long something will take. Nobody likes to be surprised with an invoice they didn't expect.

That's why we rarely work on an hourly basis, and instead bill by the project or by the value of the service.

Our No Surprise Policy removes this issue giving you:

  • Clear estimate before you commit
  • Clear communication around any changes in your project scope

Furthermore, the blueprint and mapping process we use for new projects ensures that our estimates are based on experience and research.
