Office Hours

You're always welcome to come to Office Hours, included with Standard, Professional, and Enterprise care plans.

During Office Hours, you can get 1:1 support on the spot. This includes tutorials, walk-throughs, and some building support.

They're most Fridays from 1pm-2pm Eastern, and you can RSVP to let us know you plan to attend.

Bring a coffee, bring a question, bring a half-finished idea. We’ll work through it together.

What to expect

  • A 60-minute video call hosted by Ryan or someone on the Maple team
  • A relaxed, drop-in format — no agenda required
  • Real-time changes, screen-shares, and live troubleshooting on real client sites
  • Other Maple clients in the room — sometimes the best ideas come from someone else’s question

How to RSVP

RSVP at lu.ma/maple. The same calendar lists upcoming workshops and events too. You can RSVP for one session or set a recurring reminder.
