Viewing emails sent from your website

If your website handles any kind of transaction, such as a payment, it's likely that it's sending emails on your behalf.

For example, when someone purchases a product they receive a receipt, which will show up in their inbox as an email sent by your website. You might want to verify that the receipt was delivered or just check to make sure the emails have the look and feel you want.

Here's how to see a log of emails sent from your website.

In the tools section of your website dashboard, accessible in lefthand sidebar, the click "WP Mail Log.” Then, click “View” on the email you'd like to see. All the other email details are provided as well.

If you do not see WP Mail Log in your tool section, you may need to install the plugin called WP Mail Logging. Visit the plugin area and search for WP Mail Logging to install and activate it. If you are on a Maple Care Plan at a Professional tier or higher, we can add this plug in for you.
