Maple Pricing and No Surprises Policy

We have two kinds of pricing here at Maple: fixed-rate pricing and hourly pricing.

Fixed-Rate Projects

If your project falls into the fixed-rate category, we will send you a quote and agree on a project price in advance of the project. All website design projects are fixed-rate projects. Half-day and full-day projects, as well as consultation calls, are fixed-rate projects.

Hourly Pricing

Some projects are priced by the hour. We’ll let you know if advance if your project is charged by the hour. Our hourly rate is $150/hour, with a minimum of 15 minutes. Typically, if your work will require more than 5 hours of time, we will set a meeting with you before beginning the work since we want to make sure we know exactly what you need.

No Surprises Policy

We know how stressful it can feel to have someone running an hourly rate when you don't know how long something will take. Nobody likes to be surprised with an invoice they didn't expect!

That's why we rarely work on an hourly basis and instead bill by the project or by the value of the service.

Our No Surprises Policy removes this issue giving you:

• Clear estimate before you commit
• Clear communication around any changes in your project scope

Furthermore, the blueprint and mapping process we use for new projects ensures that our estimates are based on experience and research.
