Logging into your website

To log in to your website go to your website URL, and add "/dashboard" to the end.

For example, if your website address is buildwithmaple.com, then your login URL will be buildwithmaple.com/dashboard

This will bring you to a login page like the one in the image below. Here is where you add your username and password.

If you've lost your password, simply click "lost your password" to have a confirmation sent to your email address.

Of course, if you have any questions or can't access your website, leave us a ticket, and we'll sort it out for you.

Troubleshooting

Wordpress is asking me to log in twice

If you find that your first attempt to log into your website is rejected and you can only log in on the second attempt, please leave us a support ticket, and we’ll resolve the issue. This happens when sites that have a custom login path need to have that path excluded from caching.

I’d like to change my password

WordPress makes it easy to change your password. From the log in screen, click "forgot password" and enter your email to reset it. Any issues, please contact us and we can help.
