Viewing your invoice history

It is easy to view past and current invoices! Depending on what service you have, your invoice or invoices might look slightly different. Here's how you can view past and current invoices in both systems.

View One

Open any invoice you have received, and click “View Account Summary” on the right side menu to view invoices and your account balance. Here’s a visual that shows you where the right side menu appears on an invoice.

View Two

Log into your account by visiting maplecreative.sitesandservices.com. From there, you can click "Active Invoices" to view ongoing subscriptions that include care plan and retainer payments or "Billing History" to view an itemized list of invoices you have already paid. Notifications about these payments arrive in your inbox.
