Managing automatic payments
Depending on what service you have, your invoice or invoices might look slightly different. Here's how to set up automatic payments in either system.

If your invoice comes through Harpoon, here's how to set up automatic payments for a retainer or care plan service when invoice recur monthly or annually. On your payment page, there should be a checkbox that reads "Automate future payments of this recurring invoice." Follow this button to set up automatic payments.
If you do not see this option, please contact support@buildwithmaple.com, and let us know so we can enable recurring payments for you.

If you are prompted to enter payment details for monthly retainer or care plan services by creating at login at maplecreative.sitesandservices.com, then your payments details will go through automatically each month. You don't need to make any special selection to run these as automatic payments.
