Inviting Your Team

So you've got a website and you want to invite your team member to join you. :-) Yay! This is one of the best things about WordPress. 

At Maple, you can give as many team members as you wish access to Maple's support services. On your website, all users can see the video user manual in your own website dashboard, and anyone can send us a support ticket. So long as the ticket is related to a client's website, they will get priority response from our team. 

There are lots of reasons you may want to invite other users on your website to handle different things like publishing, managing pages, and responding to forms. 

There is a video in your training manual about adding users, but here's a quick run-down: 

How to add a new user to your website:

  1. From your website dashboard, navigate to the Users tab and click "Add new user"
  2. Create the user profile, choose the type of user, and then click add. They will receive an email to update their password. 
  3. That's it! And as far as Maple is concerned, you can have as many users as you want.
