How to get your support tickets answered quickly

When you send a message to support@buldwithmaple.com that creates a ticket that we can track progress and make sure we resolve it.

You can send a message to the support email or from the support icon in the bottom right in three key places, your care plan dashboard, this helpdesk, and the entire buildwithmaple.com website.
